Scholarship Foundation Fund

Sponsored by

Washington Shores Church of Christ

Washington Shores Church of Christ has established a scholarship program for Graduating High School Students who are enrolled in accredited colleges, universities or trade schools. A Scholarship of $1000.00 each year is available to high school seniors who are pursuing undergraduate studies. Eligibility for scholarship grants is based upon criteria of academic achievement, and participation in the community or school activities.

This program provides scholarship grants of a significant and meaningful amount and provides a commitment to the student of continuing support for his or her academic career provided the criteria for the scholarship is maintained.

This program is initially funded through the members of Washington Shores Church of Christ.

The goal of this program is to ensure men and women of all nationalities, creeds, and colors to have the opportunity to advance morally, socially, and financially, in a society we all have to face on a day-to-day basis. In funding the future, being young men and women hopefully will draw out their attributes that awaits us.

The Washington Shores Church of Christ Scholarship Foundations Fund is a program that aids and assists in a great cause, EDUCATION. This funding of young men and women who want to further their education by going to college signifies that communities will be filled with professionalism that will overflow in making America a stronger and better place to be. This scholarship will place young men and women in accredited colleges and universities. Our Scholarship and Financial Aid Committees of Washington Shores Church of Christ under the following guidelines will administer the scholarships.
